1:1's are designed to first evaluate your current wellness state. Then create and implement REAListic improvements surrounding nutrition, body movement and stress management.
Nutrition Awareness will help you evaluate your current intake habits, understand the fundamentals of eating better and learn REAListic implementation tips to improve your overall nutrition.
I am knowledgeable in multiple body movement topics such as ELDOA I, Core/Postural Improvement, Balance/Stability, Foam Rolling, Flexibility, Mobility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength/Toning Improvement and can implement these modalities for individuals at any fitness level.
Stress can be damaging to your overall wellness and one of the first steps for most is awareness. Both awareness of the presence of stress and specific triggers. While evaluating your over all routine we will discuss your daily triggers, common triggers and ways to improve them.
