Small Group Life Mod Sessions
Small Group Life Mod sessions are designed to provide quality and affordable Life Mod coaching in a small group setting. These sessions also offer a chance for you to develop additional support outside of our sessions.
During our initial assessment we will explore the current wellness status, needs and interests of the group. Then we will develop a specialized program surrounding nutrition awareness, body movement and stress management that best meets the overall needs of the group.
Nutrition Awareness will help your group evaluate their current intake habits, understand the fundamentals of eating right, learn REAListic implementation tips and improve overall nutrition habits as a group.
We utilize multiple body movement techniques such as ELDOA I, Core/Postural Improvement, Balance/Stability, Foam Rolling, Flexibility, Mobility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength/Toning Improvement for body movement sessions. These modalities can be implemented for individuals at various fitness levels during our Life Mod Sessions and movement outside of our sessions, with your group, is strongly encouraged.
Stress can be damaging to your overall wellness and the first step for most is awareness. Both awareness of the presence of stress and specific triggers. While evaluating your groups over all routine we will discuss common triggers and ways to improve them.
